Do I need a waiver? 

All participants need a waiver and PIPA form on file for the current AGF membership year. Waivers and PIPA forms are filled out electronically through the "Uplifter" registration system. If you are attending a program that is not registered through the "Uplifter" system, you will need to print and bring the forms with you on the first day of the program.

Check your Waiver and PIPA form status by logging into your "Uplifter" account!

1) Log-in to your "Uplifter" account and click  "My Account"

2) Click the "Policies" icon to double check (green check mark by the participant's name = complete; red highlight = not complete).
