Party & Event Rentals 

The Phoenix Gymnastics Centre offers exciting birthday & special event packages

Parties include:

  • 1hr + 15 min in the gym on equipment (NOTE: large trampoline use is NOT included in the party package)
  • Certified staff to lead games and fun, safe activities for your group
  • 45 min in the party room for snacks/cake (we provide the space, you provide the rest)
  • Downloadable party invitations with reminders about proper attire

Times

Parties are typically offered Saturday evenings.  Please call to inquire about our current booking dates/times.

CurrentBooking Times:

  • Saturdays from 4:00 - 6:00 PM
  • Saturdays from 5:30 - 7:30 PM

Cost

Non Members:        $310 + Taxes for up to 15 participants.  Additional participants are $10 each due on the day of the party.

Members:               Enjoy a 25% discount!  Additional participants are $10 each due on the day of the party.

Payment:                  Full party fee due at the time of booking to reserve your spot.  Additional participant fee due on the day of the party.

There are NO RESTRICTIONS as to the number of participants that can attend.

All attendees under the age of 4 must be accompanied by an adult.

What do you need to bring?

Bring any food, beverages, plates, cups and utensils that you may need. If you would like to give out loot bags please bring those too.

Proper attire is required for all gymnastic activity. Avoid wearing anything made out of denim or any items that have a belt, buckles, or snaps. Long hair should be tied up and jewelry should be removed.
